Frequently asked questions
How do I save my learning progress?
Sign in, open My profile, and select your level and subjects. Use Mark complete after a lesson. Examination reports are saved after submission while signed in.
Are these official NESA or REB papers?
The starter library contains clearly labelled original practice materials only. Official examination files need verified sources, publishing permission, and administrator approval.
How are examinations marked?
Multiple-choice and exact-answer questions are automatically checked. Essays remain pending teacher review. The automatic score is shown separately and is not presented as a final 100-mark grade.
Can I learn without an internet connection?
Save a lesson or examination on your device first. The downloaded content can be read while this app remains available in your browser. Fresh AI answers, sign-in, and saving account progress require internet.
Is the AI teacher always right?
No. AI explanations are learning assistance, not official answers. Check important facts and marking decisions with a qualified teacher.
What languages can I use?
Switch between English and Kinyarwanda in the header. The AI teacher also responds in the selected language. Teacher-published content may have its own language.
